The Total Posts and Comments counters are pulled live from Blogger's own public feed for this site, the same underlying data Blogger itself uses, so they update automatically as new posts go up or new comments come in. There's no manual entry involved and nothing to keep in sync by hand.
The 30-day chart is labeled Estimated Views on purpose. Like most publicly visible view counts, it's a reasonable approximation of reader activity rather than a guaranteed exact count, since view tracking varies by browser settings, ad blockers, and how a visit gets counted. Treat the trend line, not the exact daily number, as the useful part.
If the page ever shows a loading state that doesn't resolve, that's almost always a temporary connectivity or feed issue on Blogger's side, not something wrong with the site itself; refreshing the page usually fixes it.
